How It Works Step by Step

Taima Extracts Kief Coating Machine
Step 1
Loading
Accepts 20 pre-rolls per cycle with a 140-unit hopper, no gripper seating required, just load and run.
Step 2
Glue Application
All 20 units pass through adhesive spray simultaneously at up to 1,000 RPM, delivering full 360° coverage with a crisp cutoff line and 20L vessel capacity.
Step 3
Kief Coating
Rotational dip coating ensures even, lump-free coverage, with adjustable speed, dip duration, and built-in clump management.
Step 4
Ejection Station
Finished pre-rolls are ejected into a collection tray, ready for QA inspection and packaging.
