We were making infused pre-rolls ourselves, and as production grew, the limitations of doing that work by hand became impossible to ignore. More volume meant more people, more space, more opportunities for inconsistency, and more pressure on the production team to keep everything moving.

Taima develops automation for infused pre-roll manufacturing based on what we learned on the production floor. We think about the entire process: how products move through production, where labor gets tied up, where inconsistencies happen, what operators deal with every day, and what needs to change when a manufacturer is ready to scale.

We work closely with producers because every production environment teaches us something. The goal is to understand the real problem first, then build equipment and processes that make production more consistent, efficient, repeatable, and easier to scale.
